Spring Creek Kiwanis Invitational
Tegan Remington For Wells
Remington ranked second in the 114-120 class — posting a 2-1 record with two wins by fall — scoring all 22 points for the Lady Leopards.
From a bye, she pinned Douglas’ Jasmine Tamondong in two minutes during the quarterfinal round and then beat Battle Mountain’s Dani Madalena by fall at the 1:44 mark of the semifinal.
In the championship, Remington was pinned in 38 seconds by Douglas’ Bliss Moody.

Our Drama Club went to Elko yesterday and today to compete in the Northern Nevada Thespian Regionals. 🎭
Drama Club won 7 individual awards plus 1 team award.
Lee - 2 awards - Excellent rating Musical Theatre and Costume Design
Aderyn - 1 ribbon - Superior rating Tech Olympics Costume Quick Change
Henry- 3 ribbons - Excellent rating in musical theatre, plus Superior rating Tech Olympics Props, and Construction
Kira - Superior Top 10% Musical Theater - Qualified for State Showcase & International
Tech Olympics team came in 2nd place. Their score qualified them for State & Competition.
