💉 12th Grade Students
Must receive their second dose of the Meningococcal (MenACWY) vaccine.
💉 7th Grade Students
Must receive their first dose of the Meningococcal (MenACWY) vaccine
and their Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) vaccine.

Nevada Health Centers in Elko offers walk-in immunization clinics every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, they will accept walk-ins all day on August 6th and 7th to help families prepare for school.

All student-athletes in grades 7-12 must have a current sports physical on file to participate in athletics for the 2025–2026 school year. Paperwork will be available at the high school office.
Hello Wells Combined School Community,
All families are required to complete the annual registration for each student enrolled in K-12th grade. The registration process will be conducted entirely online through our secure Parent Portal. All registrations must be complete and approved for your student to attend on Monday, August 18th.
Please have the online registrations completed by Thursday, August 7th, to allow time for any updates and approvals
